Zach Fugman is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of A-Strategy, bringing extensive experience in business management, real estate acquisitions, multifamily investments, and asset management. 

Before transitioning into real estate, Zach spent 13 years in the oil and gas industry, where he managed more than $1 billion in business operations. His background in large-scale operations, financial management, and strategic decision-making laid a strong foundation for his success in multifamily real estate investing.

Since entering the multifamily real estate industry in 2014, Zach has participated in approximately 35 investment transactions totaling more than 4,600 apartment units, serving as both a General Partner (GP) sponsor and a Limited Partner (LP) investor. His personal passive investments include interests in more than 400 apartment units.

Under his leadership, A-Strategy has built a vertically integrated multifamily investment and property management platform, with approximately 3,500 apartment units under direct management and a broader portfolio of approximately 4,000 units, representing roughly $310 million in assets under management.

Zach has successfully completed five full-cycle multifamily investments, from acquisition and operational improvements through disposition, delivering strong investment results for investors through disciplined acquisitions, strategic renovations, and effective asset management.

With a hands-on approach to investing and operations, Zach remains focused on identifying undervalued multifamily opportunities, improving property performance, preserving investor capital, and creating long-term wealth-building opportunities through real estate syndication.

 Snowie (Xue Dan) Xu is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of A-Strategy, bringing over 12 years of international business experience and a strong entrepreneurial background to multifamily real estate investment, acquisitions, and asset management.

Since entering the multifamily real estate industry in 2014, Snowie has built an extensive investment track record, participating in approximately 35 multifamily transactions totaling more than 4,600 apartment units as a General Partner (GP) sponsor. She is also an active Limited Partner (LP) and passive investor in more than 400 apartment units, giving her a unique perspective on both managing investments and protecting investor interests.

Together with her business partner, Zach Fugman, Snowie has helped build A-Strategy into a vertically integrated multifamily investment and property management company, overseeing approximately 3,500 apartment units under direct management and a broader portfolio of approximately 4,000 units, representing roughly $310 million in assets under management.

Piggy Xu serves as the Asset Director at A-Strategy Management LLC, where she oversees the company's multifamily real estate portfolio across multiple states nationwide. Since joining A-Strategy in 2019, Piggy has played an integral role in asset management, property performance optimization, capital improvement planning, and the execution of value-add investment strategies.

Piggy began her career with A-Strategy in June 2019 as a Community Manager, gaining hands-on experience in multifamily property operations, resident relations, and community improvements. Her strong operational background and understanding of property-level performance have contributed to her growth into a leadership role overseeing the company's managed assets.

In addition to her asset management responsibilities, Piggy has served as a General Partner (GP) sponsor in three multifamily investment projects totaling approximately 200 apartment units. She has been actively involved in property renovations, operational improvements, and initiatives designed to enhance residents' living experiences while strengthening long-term asset value.
