General Partners

Snowie Xue Dan Xu and Zach Fugman, the founders of A-Strategy Management, are highly motivated and successful business entrepreneurs with over 9 years of investment experience in the multifamily investment sector. They have served as sponsors (also known as GPs) in states such as Louisiana, Northern Kentucky, Mississippi, Ohio, and Texas, actively sponsoring a total of approximately 4,000 doors in multifamily real estate investment as both GPs and KPs. Currently, they manage over 3,700 doors, with about $300 million in assets under management (AUM), generating significant passive income for their investors. Additionally, they self-manage around 3,500 doors at present.
